MedWise Diabetes Training is a comprehensive educational pathway designed to educate patients about their diabetes care. Our approach is to allow the patient to understand that they "Own" their diabetes. We work very hard to provide a positive atmosphere in educating our patients to ensure that they feel able to manage this disease.
